Riot Rehab bus arrives at Glastonbury Festival to help people quit smoking
Glastonbury hosted a Riot Rehab bus to hit smokers in the thick of the action and provide a one-stop location for tips on quitting cigs to help ambitious plans to make the UK smoke-free by 2030
Glastonbury fans wishing to quit smoking were offered the help of a unique Riot Rehab bus as it arrived at the iconic music festival.
The festival’s somewhat unlikely hookup saw the e-cigarette producer pull out Riot Labs, driving his double-decker ‘tour bus’ right into the thick of the action.
The festival has become the largest outdoor green space festival in the world, attracting over 200,000 festival-goers looking to let off steam and enjoy the stars of global music.

And to help those struggling, Riot Lab came up with this acronym with advice to follow:
1. “R” – Tear up the rulebook
Do not be afraid and forget everything you have ever heard about quitting smoking. Go at your own pace and on your own terms.
2. “I” – Identify your triggers.
What makes you want to smoke a cigarette? Be brave and face your triggers. If you can cross them without smoking, you can cross anything
3. “O” – Smoke only if you need to.
4. “T” – The rest is easy.
Once you’ve managed to deal with your triggers without smoking and cut back on your cigarette intake, you’ll find the rest is easy. It’s not over at all, but the worst is over and you’re well on your way to quitting smoking. Go celebrate, treat yourself, try something new, or do something you’ve never done before.
